If you have already applied for a new aaNet service, you can keep up-to-date with the status of your order using the form below. 

To check on the status of your new aaNet order, simply:

  • Ensure that you have an existing order with aaNet
  • Select the telephone number you applied to have your ADSL service connected to
  • Enter your ten digit telephone number, including the area code (in the form: 0311112222) without any spaces
  • Click 'submit' to check the status of your current aaNet application

This form does not check whether aaNet broadband services are available on your service telephone number. To check whether aaNet ADSL or ADSL2+ services are available in your area, please visit our convenient Broadband availability checker.
